Here is a list of my books
Fishing: Learn From the Tips & Laugh at The Tales. For many years I took part in angling matches. I won lots of trophies and a nice amount of money. The purpose of this book was to pass on the knowledge and tips that helped me. It is done in a light hearted way with examples of why the tips worked for me. The book is packed with true anicdotes and seeks to provide the reader with entertainment as well as information.

The Fishing Detectives: Carp Rustlers. I like detective books and thought it would be good to write one where the main character, Fred Tench is an angler. I also wanted him to be different in other ways because so many detectives seem to fall into the same category. It is difficult to find a detective book where the main character isn’t a hard drinking, hard swearing son of a bitch with attitude. Hopefully, in Fred Tench, I’ve created a character that some people can enjoy without having to cringe every time they turn a page. More details on my website, please click here.
Bossyboots. A novel that follows a crisis that befalls a middle aged man whose wife suddenly leaves him. The main character, Michael Riley is basically a very nice man, but he tends to be a bit bossy. He manages a pottery factory but unfortunately he forgot to take his manager’s hat off when he went home and his wife got sick of his bossy ways. After failing to coax his wife back he decides to go on a sexual rampage and have some fun, but things don’t even go close to the plan.
While Michael is trying to sort out his love life he also becomes aware that the owner of the factory has some treacherous plans of his own. Michael ends up battling to save the factory and the jobs of the worforce. More details on my website, please click here.
Writing: How to get Started as a Freelance Writer plus a Guide to Self-Publishing and POD. This book was written for people who are thinking of becoming freelance writers. It is the book that I wished was out there when I started out. Those who set off down this career path, will no doubt just like me, be overwhelmed with more writing opportunities than they can shake a pen at. These opportunities were waved in my face from every angle and like a hungry fool I snapped at most of them. Unfortunatly, most of them were dead ends and I wasted a lot of time.
Becoming a freelance writer takes determination and those who succeed will probably have taken a planned and disciplined approach. That last sentence sums up what the first part of the book is about. The second half deals with the 6 models that can be used to self-publish a book and again will save the reader a lot of time. More details on my website, please click here.
